Welcome to Selah Salon & Spa. By booking an appointment, visiting our website, or receiving services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

 1. Appointments & Scheduling

 

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments at our discretion.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

 

We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

 

- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee  

- No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service  

- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings

3. Late Arrivals

 

If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid impacting other guests.

 

- Full service pricing may still apply  

- If you are significantly late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show

4. Deposits & Payments

 

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

 

- Deposits will be applied toward your service total  

- Deposits may be forfeited if cancellation policies are not followed  

 

We accept approved forms of payment at the time services are rendered.

5. Refunds & Satisfaction

 

We do not offer refunds on services rendered.

 

If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate and offer a reasonable adjustment if appropriate.

6. Service Results

 

Results may vary based on individual hair type, condition, and maintenance.

 

We do not guarantee specific outcomes but will always strive to provide the best professional results possible.

7. Health & Safety

 

Please inform us of:

- Allergies  

- Medical conditions  

- Skin sensitivities  

- Hair history (including chemical treatments)

 

We are not responsible for reactions or outcomes if relevant information is not disclosed.

8. Personal Belongings

 

Selah Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

9. Children & Guests

 

For safety and to maintain a relaxing environment:

- Children must be supervised at all times  

- Only guests receiving services should be in service areas unless approved

10. Right to Refuse Service

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or failure to follow salon policies.

11. Gift Cards & Promotions

 

- Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash  

- Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise  

- Expiration dates may apply where permitted by law

12. Website Use

 

All content on this website is the property of Selah Salon & Spa and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

13. Effective April 15, 2026, we kindly inform you that there will be a 3% processing fee  added to all credit card transactions. Debit cards using a PIN are exempt from this fee. Thank you for your continued support of our small business and allowing us to serve you in our community.
